London Broil

Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup gluten free tamari sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 pounds flank steak or round steak

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together garlic, salt, soy sauce, ketchup, vegetable oil, black pepper and oregano.
  2. Rub garlic mixture into both sides of the meat. Wrap tightly in aluminum foil, and refrigerate for 5 to 6 hours, or overnight. Flip meat every few hours.
  3. Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat, and lightly oil grate.
  4. For indoor Grilling
  5. Preheat an electric grill to high, or a grill pan to medium high on the range.
  6. Place meat on the prepared grill. Cook for 3 to 7 minutes per side, or to desired doneness.
