Sunday – GF Rotisseri Chicken (if you have it in your area) or my Hometisserie Chicken, Using the Roasted Chicken baking instructions,  season one chicken (or half of what you will be cooking) with my Hometisserie Seasoning.  Serve with your favorite sides.   Leftover Alert:  Roast extra pieces or an extra chicken, to have on Wednesday.

Monday –  Cabbage Rolls with an Easy Potato Bake and a salad.

Tuesday –  Taco Tuesday! Serve with beans, rice, and/or a salad.
Hint:  Stir a teaspoon of taco seasoning in with plain or refried beans, or add a teaspoon taco seasoning, 1/4 cup salsa and 1/2 cup shredded cheddar to white or brown rice.

Wednesday –  Use your cooked chicken from Sunday to make Southwest Chicken Chowder

Thursday –  Sausage & Potato Supper  with a side of steamed vegetables.

Friday –  Nicoise Salad 3 Ways with Asiago Cheese Bread

Saturday –  Slow it down Saturday.  Your favorite Roast or slow cooker Dinner.
