Sunday-  Easy Gluten Free Teriyaki Chicken with fast and easy Hawaiian Rice , and Sesame Green Beans, or Asian Slaw

Monday –  Beef and Mushroom Stew over Cheddar Cheese Polenta.  This is a pretty hardy dish, and has a nice amount of carrots and mushrooms in it.  If you want more veggies, asparagus adds a nice visual flair and really complements the flavors.

Tuesday –  Gluten Free Mexican Pizzas with a salad

Wednesday –  Spaghetti Night with a  Salad with Artichokes

Thursday –  Sausage and Penne Alfredo  – A rich, satisfying dish.  You can own this one.  Do you like Cajun Sausage? Italian?  Your favorite sausage will go great over Gluten Free Jovial Penne tossed with Gluten Free Alfredo sauce.  I am a big fan of Natural, uncured sausages.  My most recent fave for this dish is Applegate Spinach and Feta Chicken/Turkey Sausage.

Friday –  Salmon Croquettes with a large salad and your favorite side.

Saturday –  Gluten Free Ham Kebabs with brown rice or quinoa, and asparagus spears steamed in a little water with a little garlic chili oil.
