Sunday  –  Asian Orange Chicken, over Rice with Sesame Green Beans
Leftover Alert:  Make extra Rice to have on Tuesday in your Fajita Bowls.

Monday  –   Gluten Free Ham and Potato Soup with a Salad

Tuesday  –   Fajita Bowls with all the fixings over rice along side Vaquero Beans.

Wednesday  –  Gluten Free Chicken Piccata with your favorite Vegetable and Parmesan Mashed Potatoes

Thursday  –  Spaghetti Squash with a Hearty Vegan Sauce

Friday  –  Gluten Free Tuna Melts with Fries or Tots, or a hot veggie soup.

Saturday  –  Your favorite Slow Cooker Roast with Roasted Carrots and Potatoes
