Sunday  –  Gluten Free Turkey Meatballs,  simmered in my Sweet Tangy Gluten Free Barbecue Sauce and served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans.

Monday  –    Chicken Thighs with Red Onions and Potatoes and Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Leftover Alert: Cook up extra chicken for Thursday’s Dinner.

Tuesday  –  Gluten Free Ratatouille served over your favorite rice or polenta.

Wednesday  –   Gluten Free Monte Cristo Sandwiches, with a nice hot Tomato Soup or Caprese Salad.

Thursday  –  Chicken Fried Rice with Asian Slaw and Sesame Sugar Toasts
Leftover Alert:  You can make extra (plain) rice for Saturday if you want it served over rice.

Friday  –  Gluten Free Shrimp Alfredo with Steamed Broccoli tossed in a little garlic chile oil.

Saturday  –    Seven Layer Saturday Night!  Make a meal or a salad out of  my Seven Layer Dip.  Top toasted tostada shells, serve over rice, or top a big salad and dress with my Texican Vinaigrette.
