Sunday  – Gluten Free Fried Chicken with your favorite sides.   I love this with mashed potatoes and slaw… like my Creamy Dairy Free Omega Slaw!  yum.  !Leftover Alert!  Make extra, freeze it, or use it for wednesday’s dinner.

Monday –   Creamy Fajita Pasta and what ever side sounds good.  Honestly, this is a hit all by itself.

Tuesday  –  Taco Tuesday!  –  Chorizo and Potato Tacos with Cilantro Cream Sauce.

Wednesday  –  “Fried Chicken” Cobb Salad using leftovers from Sunday’s Fried Chicken.  Dress with my Red Wine Dijon Vinaigrette.

Thursday  –  Quick Hearty Minestrone – Serve with Garlic Crisps.  Your favorite GF Pizza Crust, lightly coated with butter and garlic (2 tablespoons oft butter, mashed with 1 teaspoon garlic powder and a pinch of salt.) and cooked at 400 for about 8-10 minutes until crisp.  Cut in to random shapes.

Friday  –  Roasted Salmon with Asparagus with Classic Roasted Potatoes or Garlic and Lemon Pasta

Saturday  –    Pizza Night!  Using your favorite Gluten Free Pizza Crust, create your favorite pizza.  Deep Dish Version:  Make the pizza crust recipe included on your Gluten Free All Purpose Mix.  Press it into a deep dish, and cook for about 15-20 minutes.  Add all your ingredients, and cook until Done.
