Sunday 2/5  –  Super Bowl Sunday –  If you Super Bowl, then you have this night figured out.  If you don’t, then make it another kind of “Super Bowl”  with a big pot of  Southwest Turkey Chowder , with Monterrey Toast (Sprinkle a little Pepper Jack Cheese on your favorite GF bread and toast.  Let cool, and cut into triangles)

Monday 2/6 –   Italian Enchilada Casserole with a Caesar Salad and my  Asiago Cheese Bread

Tuesday 2/7 –  Marinated Grilled Shrimp with hot buttered Corn on the Cob and Spicy Roasted Potatoes

Wednesday 2/8 –Do up your favorite “go to” dinner like spaghetti, or tacos

Thursday 2/9 –  Asian Orange Chicken, over Rice with Sesame Green Beans

Friday 2/10  –  Sausage and Penne Alfredo  – A rich, satisfying dish.  You can own this one.  Do you like Cajun Sausage? Italian?  Your favorite sausage will go great over Gluten Free Jovial Penne tossed with Gluten Free Alfredo sauce.  I am a big fan of Natural, uncured sausages.  My most recent fave for this dish is Applegate Spinach and Feta Chicken/Turkey Sausage.

Saturday 2/11 –   Beef and Mushroom Stew over Cheddar Cheese Polenta.  This is a pretty hardy dish, and has a nice amount of carrots and mushrooms in it.  If you want more veggies, asparagus adds a nice visual flair and really complements the flavors.
