Sunday 1/29–  Cabbage Rolls with an Easy Potato Bake and a salad.

Monday 1/30 –  Ham and Potato Casserole with Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Tuesday 1/31 –   Tamale Tuesday!!       Gluten Free Tamale Pie with a zesty salad topped with my Texican Vinaigrette or steamed vegetables.

Wednesday 2/2 –  Brunch for Dinner Night – Try a Zucchini Frittata or Mushroom Frittata  served with a warm Broccoli or Tomato Salad and Gluten Free Garlic Cheddar Muffins

Thursday 2/2 – Gluten Free Fried Chicken or Tenders with Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans

Friday – 2/3 –  Gluten Free Shrimp and Grits with Greens or Slaw

Saturday 2/4 – Bard’s Chocolate Espresso Chili with a side of Gluten Free Cornbread and all the fixins.
