Gluten Free Ham and Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound cooked ham, diced (I love Wellshire Farms, Turkey Ham Steaks)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups gluten free elbow macaroni, cooked and chilled
  • 1 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons mustard

Instructions

  1. Combine ham, cheese, macaroni, celery onion, and pickles.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise and mustard, then stir it into the macaroni mixture.
  3. Heap the salad into a serving bowl onto arranged lettuce leaves.

    What brand of pasta do you use? I have not found a gf pasta that is not gritty when cold, and I really miss pasta/macaroni salad.
