Recently I was contacted by Jovial Foods to give their gluten free pastas a try.  I was so excited!  I had previously seen some of their advertising and was draw to it.

Jovial Foods gluten-free products are

  • packaged sustainably


Jovial’s gluten free pasta products are made of  brown rice and spring water.

They sent me gluten free Penne Regate, Fusilli, Spaghetti, and Caserecce 

I prepared the Penne first.  It cooked up fabulously had a nice tooth and flavor right out of the pot but I could not resist taking it all the way so I tossed it with sausage and alfredo sauce.

Leftovers held up very well too.  The pasta did not seem to “grow” like some do, I tossed it all back in a pan with a drizzle of water and viola, lunch.

All the products cooked up wonderfully in all the preparations I tried.




 Cookies!!  I also received a package of gluten free chocolate cookies.  They were awesome!

The cookies are offered in three flavors:  Chocolate Chocolate Cream, Chocolate Vanilla Cream, and Fig Fruit Filled
