Use this blend for any quick breads.  Muffins, scones, cakes, cupcakes or any recipe that uses baking powder for leavening.  It already has the gum and baking powder in it.  I like it seasoned and used on fried chicken as well.

    Hi,
Where would these types of flour typically be purchased?

hi, you can find these at most larger grocery stores, and some walmart supercenters. Certainly at a Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Natural Grocer, etc. you can also find them at Amazon.com, but you will be buying several at a time.
