Sunday 12/4 –  Slow Cooker Dinner, with your favorite veggies.  Do a nice size pork or beef roast, we will use 2-3 cups later in the week, about 1/2 cup per person.

Monday 12/5 – Ham and Potato Casserole with Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Tuesday 12/6 – Taco Tuesday! Serve with beans, rice, and/or a salad.
Hint:  Stir a teaspoon of taco seasoning in with plain or refried beans, or add a teaspoon taco seasoning,
1/4 cup salsa and 1/2 cup shredded cheddar to white or brown rice.

Wednesday 12/7 – Stuffed Baked Potatoes, with Grilled Asparagus (you can find it frozen and already “grilled” I drizzle it with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic and cook it in the oven for about 15 minutes on a flat pan.) If fresh, I treat it the same and cook it on a grill pan.   ake your potatoes as usual. Micro or Oven..   Allow to cool a bit, and remove the insides.  In a large bowl combine potato fluff, shredded beef or pork roast from Sunday (warmed up), 1 cup cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup sour cream, and any other topping you like, season with your favorite seasoning. (we use CJ’s) and stuff back into the potatoes.  Place them in a baking dish or on a pan and cook at 350 for about 15 minutes.

Thursday 12/8 – Gluten Free Chicken/Turkey Marsala served over steamed rice or pasta with creamed spinach or a salad.

Friday 12/9 –  Pizza Night!  Using your favorite Gluten Free Pizza Crust, create your favorite pizza.  Deep Dish Version:  Make the pizza crust recipe included on your Gluten Free All Purpose Mix.  Press it into a deep dish, and cook for about 15-20 minutes.  Add all your ingredients, and cook until Done.

Saturday 12/10 – Slow Cooker Stuffed Peppers Served with Asiago Cheese Toast and a Salad
