Sunday 11/27 – Gluten Free Fried Chicken with green beans, and mashed potatoes.  My absolute favorite Sunday Dinner.  Feel free to make extra, for lunches, snacks or to freeze.

Monday 11/28 – Your favorite weeknight “Go To” recipe.  Maybe spaghetti, or tacos.

Tuesday 11/29 – Gluten Free Sloppy Joes with sides of your choice.  I love my tater tots! and a creamy slaw.

Wednesday 11/30 – Gluten Free Baked Potato Soup, with a Grilled Wedge Salad  – Using Iceberg or Romaine – Cut into wedges and brush generously with your favorite vinaigrette, place on a grill, grill pan, or under the broiler until it just has some grill marks or char to it.  Serve with the same soup toppings, Yum!

Thursday 12/1 – Asian Orange Chicken, over Rice with Sesame Green Beans   Leftover Alert:  Make extra Rice for Friday to save some time.

Friday 12/2 – Cabbage Rolls with an Easy Potato Bake and a salad.

Saturday 12/3 – Glazed Salmon with Roasted Cauliflower or other vegetable, and Mushroom Rice.   Grill, Broil or Pan Sear Salmon and top with a warm glaze consisting of equal parts of my Barbecue Sauce and your favorite preserves.  I generally will use either apricot or raspberry.  This also works with a bottled Gluten Free Smokey Barbecue Sauce,  (Annie’s is a good one) I will generally thin the sauce a bit with water or butter, then mix with the preserves.
