I have included 3 toppings for my sweet potato casserole, I seem to rotate them, because I love them all.  So unless you are taking notes, you will never know which one I will pull out of the oven next.  I am a little funny about my eggs in this,  I do not like it too eggy, so I will use 2 medium eggs or 1 large, but you can totally leave them out if you need to.
