Gluten Free Chicken and Dumplings

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 2 cups water
  • 3 carrots (about 1 1/2 cups) sliced
  • 3 ribs of celery (about 1 1/2 cups) sliced
  • 3 cups chopped or shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 Udi's Gluten Free Pizza Crust, sliced into 1" x 2" strips

Instructions

  1. Add stock and water to a 5 quart pot and bring to a boil over high heat
  2. Add the carrots and celery
  3. Simmer for 5 minutes
  4. Add Chicken, bring back up to heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes
  5. Add "Dumplings" and simmer for 5 minutes.
