These are addictive little toasts that are good along side a meal or as an appetizer or snack. I have a variation that is seedless as well, some like sesame flavor, but not the seeds.
Gluten Free Sesame Sugar Toast
Ingredients
- 4-6 slices of gluten free bread, I like Udi's Whole Grain for this. Cut into triangles or any other fun shape. (I am fond of star cookie cutter shapes)
- Butter
- Brown Sugar
- Sesame Seeds or Tahini
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375
- Butter the bread
- Sprinkle with brown sugar and sesame seeds
- Bake until toasted
Variation lightly butter, spread sparingly with Tahini, and sprinkle with brown sugar
